- 25-min group Reformer Pilates class at Club Pilates
- 25-min Bouldering session at Central Rock Gym
- 25-min group class at EVF Performance (strength and conditioning)
- 25-min group class at ILoveKickboxing Hell’s Kitchen
- 25-min group rowing class at Row House
