Improving posture, balance, injury prevention, better mobility or agility, reaction time, flexibility, core stability, cardiovascular endurance and increasing overall strength are the most important aspects of fitness that should be addressed as you age.
Silver Stars helps you accomplish these goals by incorporating an integrated approach done in a step-by step progression. We build your foundation, which is increasing core stability and improving mobility or to loosen up areas that require you to be mobile, such as your hips, ankles, shoulders and mid back area. The next step would be to working on basic functional movements like sit to stand or squatting, stepping, lunging, pulling or rowing motions and pushing movements like push-ups and standing chest presses. All of these movements are necessary to function at a high level in life.
Silver Stars Fitness is the premiere fitness studio that caters and specializes in working with the baby boomer & beyond fitness enthusiast. We offer private services such as personal training, yoga, massage and Thai massage, stretching and Tai Chi. Small group classes are personalized as there is a 4-6 person maximum dependent upon the class.
There is no membership fee, no hustle or bustle, just a lot of knowledge and passion to share with you.
Private services are typically sold as single sessions or packages of ten, in addition to a yearly or month-month personal training membership. Session length can be 30, 45 or 60 minute private training sessions, All other services are typically 45- 60 minutes.
Prices vary depending upon length of each session, and/or if purchased ten packs or pt membership programs. Classes range from $125-$200 per five sessions.

Tuesday: Yoga @1030am
Tuesday: 30 Minute Circuit @12pm
Wednesday: 30 Minute Circuit training 1030am
Thursday: 30 Minute Circuit Training 10:00am
Friday: 30 Minute Circuit training 12:30
Sunday: Yoga @12pm
Open house is on Wednesday, Jan 24th from 10-6:30pm. RSVP required. All attendees will receive 25% off all services. You will also receive a copy of our award-winning fitness book Fitness For Real Life and snacks will be served.

You can schedule your consultation Monday- Friday anytime from 10am-7pm. Private training and other private services can be scheduled Monday- Sun from 8am-8pm.
