The FDNY closed the northbound side of the Henry Hudson Parkway around noon on Tuesday after a car crash caused one car to burst into flames. Witnesses told NBC two cars were involved.
The fire was called in at 11:54 a.m. and considered under control as of 12:40 p.m., according to an FDNY spokesperson. No one was reported injured.
