The statue of Eleanor Roosevelt at the corner of Riverside Drive and 72nd Street at the entrance to Riverside Park is once again being used as a rallying cry for protest. Someone draped a banner reading Unity over her shoulder on the eve of the Women’s Strike on Wednesday.
Someone also propped a pink “pussy hat” on Eleanor’s head before the Women’s March in January.
