Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders may or may not debate each other on the Upper West Side in advance of the New York primary on Tuesday April 19, but locals will at least get a chance to hear from two local politicians representing them.
This Thursday, State Assembly Member Linda Rosenthal, representing Clinton, and State Senator Bill Perkins, representing Sanders, will make the case for their candidates. The event will start at 8 p.m.Thursday at Grace and St. Paul’s Church, 123 West 71st Street between Columbus Avenue and Broadway.
Update: Bernie Sanders will be speaking at the Society for Ethical Culture on Wednesday night. We don’t see any local events featuring Clinton at the moment.
