Julie Warning, a 26-year-old global studies teacher at the Manhattan Theater Lab High School near Lincoln Center, was allegedly seen kissing an 18-year-old student in a park in Greenwich Village. One of her students caught them on camera. The Department of Education reassigned her to an administrative role and is investigating. (NY Post)
The Upper West Side won’t get to participate in the city’s bike share program until June 2013, said Transportation Commissioner Janette Sadik-Kahn at a hearing yesterday.
