Evening Block Parties
There are block parties on 69th street between Broadway and CPW and 90th from Columbus to CPW in the early evening, but they do tend to attract very large crowds. Residents on 90th are attempting to limit the party to people who live on the block, and we’ve heard from people on 69th street that the party does get a little overwhelming with hundreds of people crowding onto the block. It’s over by 7. There’s also usually a block party on 87th between Riverside and West End.
We’ll continue adding more events to this list so check back.
Also on Saturday, October 26, 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. — The PS 87 Harvest Festival! Wear your costume and celebrate Halloween in the school.
