It’s not very often that you’ll find a peacock in a storefront window on a busy street like Columbus Avenue between 87th and 88th street. But Jim the peacock was holding court there inside the front window of the Center for Avian and Exotic Medicine on Thursday as he waited for an enclosure to be constructed at his normal home on the grounds of the Cathedral of St. John the Divine.
